To strengthen our accounting team, we are currently offering an experienced financial accountant/tax clerk (m/f/d) a varied range of tasks in our growing group of companies on a part-time basis.
Your tasks.
- Independent accounting for all companies using DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen (accounting software) and corresponding compliance measures
- Monitor all accounting processes and implement controls when business processes change
- Posting complex business transactions
- Reviews as part of preparations for the annual financial statements
- Collaboration on complex accounting and balance sheet issues
- Responsibility for consolidated sales tax returns, ZM reporting
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and preparation of annual financial statements (HGB)
- Analysis of cost and performance structures, identification of financial correlations
- Responsibility for processes and interfaces with neighboring departments (controlling, fleet, operations managers)
- Collaboration on digitization projects and optimization of accounting processes

The requirements.
- Completed training as a tax clerk, financial accountant, or comparable qualification with solid professional experience in accounting
- Very good knowledge of DATEV (desirable: DATEV Unternehmen online, CANDIS)
- Strong understanding of business management, ideally with experience in the transportation or logistics industry
- Analytical mindset, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to understand complex structures
- Independent, structured working style with a commitment to questioning and further developing processes
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
