To ensure that our fleet is always ready for use, we are looking for you as a Fleet Manager (m/f/d). You will ensure that every vehicle is ready for use in the right place at the right time – technically, legally and economically.

• Control and management of our constantly growing vehicle fleet in Berlin
• Support in the selection, procurement and equipping of new vehicles
• Cooperation with workshops, insurance companies and authorities
• Processing and documentation of claims, accidents and insurance transactions
• Coordination of maintenance, repairs, TÜV appointments and tire services
• Analysis of vehicle utilization as well as cost and consumption control
• Optimization of downtimes and minimization of costs per kilometer

• Experience in fleet management or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally knowledge of passenger transportation or commercial fleets
• Technical understanding of vehicle technology, maintenance and damage management
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working and organizational talent
• High level of personal responsibility, reliability and a desire to proactively shape things
• Confident handling of digital tools and fleet software
