With over 800 dedicated employees, we implement pioneering mobility solutions in Germany’s urban metropolitan areas. To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Business Controller (m/f/d) with a strong analytical focus.
Your tasks.
- Monitoring of External Financing: Management of financing structures, tracking of covenants and KPIs, regular reporting to internal stakeholders
- Reporting & Control: Setting up and overseeing monthly and quarterly reports (management reporting, plan-vs.-actual comparisons, KPI systems, accounts receivable)
- Budget and Forecast Monitoring: Analyzing variances, identifying corrective actions, and supporting operational management
- Portfolio Monitoring: Analysis of the financial performance of the vehicle portfolio and establishment of key performance indicators
- Process Optimization: Further development of the interfaces between Accounting and Controlling (e.g., monthly closing, data quality, workflows)
- Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with the management team at Ennoo Rental, the Head of Controlling, and the CFO of the SafeDriver Group

The requirements.
- 1–5 years of relevant professional experience in the finance field (e.g., controlling, finance operations, accounting-related controlling, audit, or transaction-related consulting)
- Very good understanding of business contexts and finance processes (monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, business planning)
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work with a strong hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience in setting up reporting and KPI structures is a plus
- Clear, audience-appropriate communication with management and internal stakeholders
- No disciplinary management responsibility required—however, a sense of ownership, reliability, and strong execution skills are essential
