Your tasks.
- Management and implementation of the entire recruiting process – from search to hiring
- Development and implementation of targeted recruiting strategies, especially for driver profiles
- Development, support and optimization of our recruiting channels (e.g. job portals, social media, recommendations)
- Automation and further development of our applicant management system (ATS)
- Planning and conducting job interviews and selection procedures
- Co-design of an efficient, scalable onboarding process for new team members
