• Management and implementation of the entire recruiting process – from search to hiring
• Development and implementation of targeted recruiting strategies, especially for driver profiles
• Development, support and optimization of our recruiting channels (e.g. job portals, social media, recommendations)
• Automation and further development of our applicant management system (ATS)
• Planning and conducting job interviews and selection procedures
• Co-design of an efficient, scalable onboarding process for new team members
