Lead the operational implementation as Operations Manager SafeDriver ennoo is the leading general contractor for Uber in Germany – and we are expanding at a rapid pace. We are massively expanding our fleet in Berlin and are looking for you as Operations Manager (m/f/d). You will manage the day-to-day business, think in terms of solutions and bring structure to growth. You will develop mobility solutions and optimize processes for maximum efficiency!
Your tasks.
- Assuming overall operational responsibility for the Berlin location
- Leading, developing and motivating a growing team of drivers, dispatchers and operational specialists
- Planning and controlling the fleet structure and planning the deployment of vehicles
- KPI analysis and continuous optimization of operational processes
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. PBefG, working time regulations, accident prevention)
- Close cooperation with central management to further develop and scale the location

The requirements.
- Several years of experience in operations, logistics or mobility – ideally with management responsibility
- Ideally knowledge of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) or comparable regulations
- Strong hands-on mentality and a high level of personal responsibility
- Analytical thinking and organizational talent
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and a desire to actively shape things
